You may use one of several methods of ordering.

To order by phone:

Have your credit card ready. Dial 1-541-928-9953, give us your order along with shipping address, etc. Your order will be totalled together with shipping and handling (S&H) charges. Your order will be shipped within one business day.

To order securely online:

Click on the "ORDER FORM" button at left, or click here. Fill in the order form in it's entirety and click "SUBMIT". This is a SECURED SITE and your privacy is assured. Your order will be shipped within one business day.

To order by mail or fax:

Do not use the online order form. Instead, print out an optional mail/fax order form that you can find by following this link. Fill out the form. If mailing your order, send it together with a money order or cashier's check to:

If you are faxing your order, include your credit card information on the form, and fax it to 1-541-967-1091. Your order will be shipped within one business day.

Shipping Rates

Remember that a shipping and handling charge will be added to each order according to the following schedule:

• orders up to $99.00, add $6.95
• orders from $99.01 to $200, add 7%
• orders from $200.01 to $400, add 5%
• orders over $400, add 3%
• In addition, we must impose a $2 surcharge on all gunstocks and orders over 1 lb. to help defray the actual shipping charge.

Note that for Blue Book of Gun Values orders, shipping is $6.95 for Book Rate, and $10.95 for Priority Mail. Please specify your preferred shipping method when you order. If you fail to specify, we will use Book Rate.

30-Day Return Policy

Here at Clips'N'Stuff, we believe in treating our customers as friends and in accordance with the "Golden Rule". If, within 30 days after receiving a shipment, you find that an error was made, the product is obviously defective, or it wasn't what you expected, simply call or e-mail us with your explanation of the problem. You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions for returning the merchandise. When we receive the product back in it's original, new, un-used condition with all packaging and papers, a refund will be made for the full purchase price excluding S&H.

Product Warranty

If a problem arises AFTER using a product, follow the manufacturer's warranty procedures. Most products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Many have a "limited lifetime warranty". Some are "unconditionally guaranteed for life". In any case warranty issues will be the responsibility of the purchaser to settle with the manufacturer.

International Sales
